Brig. Gen. Toki Is the VICE- CHAIRMAN of the board. His wealth of  Experience has proved to be of great benefit to the Company. 

MR FOLUSO ADEFEMI:
Mr. Adefemi is the MD/CEO, a graduate of the Maritime Academy who has undergone courses in shipping management both here and abroad. He has a wide range of experience in the maritime sector of the economy. He has handled extensive maritime experience, especially in the area of wet and dry cargo.

MR OKPAMEN GODDY A.(LLB HONS, LLM.Ife, BL):
Mr. Okpamen is the COMPANY SECRETARY/ LEGAL ADVISER, he has over 10yrs multi – diversified experience in both shipping and financial services industry.
